Bartenders

Whether you are having an elegant affair with custom crafted cocktails, or a relaxed backyard party with a keg and sodas, we can provide the bartenders who can professionally (and legally) serve your guests! Our in house mixologist can provide you with a menu, or help direct you in the right directions if you are buying the drinks on your own. After all, how do you know the quantities and types of mixers, alcohols, and soft drinks to get for your event? Simply ask the professionals, and we would be glad to assist!

Why is it that too often the kitchen/Back of House is overlooked? Often, they are one of the most important individuals to work an event. Front of House Service

Professional Front of house staff to wow your clients. We have the professionals to execute everything from simple backyard bbq event, to a 600 person multi-course sit down dinner. With an array of Bartenders, Servers, Runners and banquet captains, our team can handle the entire service, or can supplement your existing team. Whether you need one staff member, or fifty, we can help you bring the level of professionalism and service you deserve.

Set Up/Break Down Staff

We know how hard it is to find reliable labor, that is why we are offering general labor staffing. Nothing is more frustrating than spending days or weeks training new employees, only to have them not work out or prove themselves unreliable. With 1311 Events, we prescreen our labor and work alongside them so that you can focus on more important things than if your staff will show up and work hard.
